Tiles Unlimited
Tiles Unlimited is a calm pattern-matching puzzle. Thirty colourful tiles fill a board of six rows and five columns, and every tile is made of three layers: a pattern around the edge, a shape in the middle and a small motif in the centre. Clear every layer from the board, and try to do it in one long chain of matches.
✅ How to play Tiles
- Tap a tile to pick it up, then tap another tile that has at least one layer exactly the same: the same shape in the same colour.
- Every layer the two tiles share disappears from both of them. If they share two or three layers, they all go at once.
- The second tile stays picked up, so you can go straight on to a third tile that shares a layer with it. Every match in a row adds one to your combo.
- Tap a tile with nothing in common and your combo starts again from zero. Tapping your tile again puts it down, which also ends the combo.
- When a tile is completely empty, you get a free pick: choose any tile and your combo carries on.
✅ Daily board and unlimited boards
The daily board is the same for everyone and changes at midnight, together with its colours. In Unlimited you can clear as many new boards as you like. Your board is saved in your browser, so you can close the page and finish it later. Hint shows a tile that matches yours, Start over puts every layer back, and after the daily board you can copy your result to share it.
✅ Combos and a perfect game
Your result is the longest combo of the game. A board has 90 layers, so if every match takes away just one layer from each tile, you make 45 matches, and the longest possible combo is 45. Double and triple matches clear the board faster but leave fewer matches for your combo. The game also keeps your time, the hints you used and your longest combo ever.
✅ Tips
- Before each tap, look at all three layers of your tile and find a partner for the one that is hardest to spot.
- The small centre motifs are easy to miss: the dot, square, flower and triangle each come in three colours.
- A tile with only one layer left is a free pick waiting to happen: empty it when you need to jump to another part of the board.
